Impact
I keep score in outcomes, not titles.
My credibility as a product manager lives less in my title than in two things you can point to: what I'm building at Andinoh, and what I've already built at YANGG. Both run on the same discipline: find the real problem, build the simplest thing that serves it, and prove it with evidence.

Andinoh: Product leadership, end to end
As Product Lead I own the work from problem to release: discovery, MVP definition, roadmap and prioritisation, onboarding and activation journeys, hotel-verification and trusted-payment features, and the discipline underneath: opportunity solution trees, lean PRDs and structured experimentation. Full-stack product management in one of the hardest contexts there is.
YANGG: Zero to scale
Founding YANGG and growing it across the continent is the product of a long game made real: a genuine need, the simplest system that served it, and commitment through the years it didn't yet work.
King's College London: The formal training
My postgraduate Product Management training sharpens all of it. On the Career Accelerator I ran a full lifecycle on FilmSlate: research, personas, journey maps, MVP scope, prototypes usability-tested in Miro, KPIs validated through A/B testing, and delivered the outcomes above.
How I work
Discovery-led and evidence-driven. I start with research and opportunity mapping rather than features, frame decisions with lean PRDs and experimentation, and tie every metric back to a business goal. Nothing ships on a hunch that could ship on evidence.
